MicroStrategy Sells Over Half A Million Shares, Raising $209 Million

According to Odaily, MicroStrategy has reported in its latest 8-K filing that it sold a total of 592,987 shares between December 23 and December 29, 2024, under an underwriting agreement. The company achieved net proceeds of approximately $209 million after deducting underwriting commissions. As of December 29, 2024, around $6.88 billion worth of shares remain available for issuance and sale under the same agreement.
