Bitcoin Treasury Corporation Merges and Seeks Toronto Listing

According to Foresight News, Bitcoin Treasury Corporation has completed a merger with 2680083 Alberta Ltd., and the two entities will now operate as a single company focusing on Bitcoin-related activities. The newly merged company has submitted an application for listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange's Venture Exchange. In addition to the merger, Bitcoin Treasury Corporation announced the completion of a subscription transaction involving 8,407,350 shares and 25,000 convertible bonds. The convertible bond subscription receipts were priced at $1,000 each, while the share subscription receipts were priced at $10.00 each, raising a total of approximately $120,733,500.
