KindlyMD Secures $200 Million Convertible Note to Boost Bitcoin Holdings

According to Foresight News, healthcare service provider KindlyMD, listed under the stock code KDLY, has successfully completed a $200 million convertible note issuance aimed at increasing its Bitcoin reserves. Previously, Foresight News reported that KindlyMD, in collaboration with Nakamoto, a Bitcoin company led by the CEO of Bitcoin Magazine, announced an additional $51.5 million in private investment in public equity (PIPE) financing. This funding is intended to support the company's strategic Bitcoin reserve initiatives.
