Sonic Labs Approves U.S. Expansion and TradFi Adoption Plan

According to BlockBeats, Sonic Labs has approved a proposal for expanding into the U.S. market and adopting traditional finance (TradFi) strategies. The plan includes the establishment of Sonic USA LLC to initiate operations in the United States. This involves hiring a CEO and a full team for Sonic USA, setting up an office in New York, and implementing performance-based incentives for employees. Additionally, the company aims to strengthen long-term deflation through a gas fee mechanism. Network parameters will be adjusted to approve the issuance of tokens for a $50 million ETF allocation, a $100 million Nasdaq PIPE development, and the allocation of 150 million S tokens for Sonic USA. Alternatively, all these parameter adjustments could be rejected.
