H100 Group AB Completes Share Issue to TOBAM Bitcoin Alpha Fund

According to PANews, Swedish-listed company H100 Group AB has announced the completion of a directed share issue, issuing approximately 1.79 million new shares to the TOBAM Bitcoin Alpha Fund. The shares were priced at 5.58 Swedish kronor each, raising around 10 million Swedish kronor (approximately 1.07 million USD). The company stated that the issue price was determined through negotiations with the investor, and the funds raised will be used to enhance capital flexibility. The share issue did not grant existing shareholders preemptive rights.
