According to Foresight News, Brera Holdings (BREA.US) experienced a significant stock price increase, rising 24.86% to $30.64 on Friday, following a 225% surge the previous day. The company announced its rebranding to Solmate and its strategic shift towards investing in Solana tokens. This move marks its transition into a digital asset library (DAT) and a crypto infrastructure company, while maintaining its sports event ownership business. Brera Holdings has secured a $300 million private equity investment from ARK Invest Fund, UAE's Pulsar Group, RockawayX, and the Solana Foundation.
