Sky Implements Penalty Fee for MKR to SKY Upgrades

According to PANews, Sky, formerly known as MakerDAO, announced on the X platform that a penalty fee for delayed upgrades has been implemented. Effective immediately, all operations converting MKR to SKY will incur a 1% punitive fee. As stipulated by Sky Atlas, this penalty fee will increase by 1 percentage point every three months.
