Binance Launches USDT Promotion for New Users in South Asia

According to the announcement from Binance, the platform is introducing an exclusive USDT promotion targeting new users in selected South Asia markets. The promotion is scheduled to run from 2025-09-29 00:00 (UTC) to 2025-10-13 23:59 (UTC). During this period, the first 5,000 eligible new users who register for an account, complete account verification, and execute their first USDT order through selected merchant ads on Binance P2P will receive a discount. This offer is available on a first-come, first-served basis, with limitations set by individual merchant ads. Eligibility for this promotion is restricted to users in specified South Asia regions who have not engaged in any P2P transactions on Binance before 2025-09-29 00:00 (UTC). The promotion can be availed only once per user. Binance has outlined specific terms and conditions for participation, including the requirement for users to have received official notification about the promotion via app push, inmail, or email. The Binance Terms and Conditions for Prize Promotions apply, and the company reserves the right to disqualify participants who tamper with program code, engage in fraudulent activities, perform wash trades, or violate any applicable terms and conditions. Additionally, trades from illegally bulk registered accounts may be disqualified. Binance retains the discretion to amend or vary the terms and conditions of the promotion without prior notice, including changes to eligibility criteria, selection and number of winners, and the timing of any actions related to the promotion.
