Binance to Launch USDⓈ-Margined Futures Liquidity Provider Promotion

According to the announcement from Binance, the platform is set to introduce a limited-time promotion for its USDⓈ-Margined Futures Liquidity Provider Program starting from 2025-11-12 00:00 (UTC). This initiative aims to enhance the value and competitiveness of services offered to users. Beginning on 2025-11-13 at 09:00 (UTC), qualified liquidity providers will benefit from an increased maker rebate of 0.05bps on BTCUSDT Perpetual Contracts, distributed daily based on the previous day's maker volume. The promotion will continue until further notice, with rebates distributed at 09:00 (UTC) each day. The promotional fee structure includes tiered maker rebates for BTCUSDT Perpetual Contracts, with adjustments made automatically every Tuesday around 04:00 (UTC) based on weekly performance. Participants who fail to meet the required performance for three consecutive weeks will be removed from the program, with new applications accepted after a one-month gap. New participants will initially receive Tier 2 maker fee rebates for USDⓈ-M Futures contracts for the first four weeks, with potential for higher rebates based on performance. The program's primary goal is to provide liquidity and depth to the Binance USDⓈ-M Futures market, with regular reviews and adjustments made as market conditions evolve. Binance will provide daily and weekly performance reports to all participating liquidity providers. The platform reserves the right to disqualify trades deemed as wash trades, illegal bulk account registrations, or those displaying attributes of self-dealing or market manipulation. Additionally, Binance may amend or terminate the promotion due to regulatory changes, technical issues, or other extraordinary circumstances. All trading volume and metrics related to the promotion are measured at Binance's sole discretion.
