Parataxis Holdings to Acquire Sinsiway for Ethereum Treasury Transformation

According to BlockBeats, New York-based digital asset investment firm Parataxis Holdings has agreed to acquire a controlling stake in South Korean data security company Sinsiway for 40 billion Korean won, approximately 27.3 million dollars. The acquisition aims to transform Sinsiway into an Ethereum treasury company. If Sinsiway shareholders approve the deal by January 2026, the company will be renamed Parataxis ETH, Inc. while retaining its stock exchange listing status. This move will establish it as an Ethereum treasury company in the South Korean market, backed by U.S. institutional capital. Parataxis Holdings' founder and CEO, Edward Chin, is expected to join the board of directors.
