According to NS3.AI, research indicates that blocks with higher blob counts are more prone to failure, leading to network strain. Studies conducted by MigaLabs and PandaOps have identified issues such as validator timing strategies that contribute to block failures, even though the average blob counts have decreased. In response, developers are contemplating a minor update aimed at enhancing data propagation efficiency before considering any further increases in blob capacity.
