The Smarter Web Company, a technology firm listed in London, has placed 187,000 ordinary shares under a subscription agreement. According to Foresight News, the total proceeds from this share placement amount to £82,170 before expenses, equating to approximately £0.44 per share. The company is set to receive about 98.25% of the proceeds upon settlement. The remaining balance of ordinary shares not yet placed under the subscription agreement stands at 58,833,500 shares.
