Saif al-Islam Gaddafi Fatally Shot in Libya

Saif al-Islam Gaddafi, the influential second son of Libya's late leader Muammar Gaddafi, was shot dead on Tuesday in his residence in Zintan, located in northwest Libya. According to Ming Pao, the incident occurred when he was 53 years old. Libyan prosecutors announced on Wednesday that they are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding his death.
