Foryou Corporation has announced its intention to reduce its repurchased shares through a centralized auction method. According to Jin10, the reduction period is set from March 9, 2026, to September 8, 2026, with plans to decrease no more than 18.93 million shares, representing 2% of the company's total share capital. The reduction will not exceed 1% within any consecutive 90-day period, and the price will be determined by the secondary market at that time. Previously, the company repurchased 39.48 million shares, with the highest transaction price at 5.3 yuan per share and the lowest at 4.75 yuan per share, totaling 200 million yuan, which accounts for 4.17% of the company's total share capital.
