Upexi Secures $7.4 Million Through Stock and Warrant Sale

Upexi, a Nasdaq-listed Solana treasury company, has finalized an agreement with an institutional investor to sell and issue 6,337,000 shares of common stock and warrants at $1.17 per share. According to ChainCatcher, the transaction is expected to raise $7.4 million. The net proceeds from this issuance will be allocated for working capital, general corporate purposes, and expanding its SOL token investment strategy. AGP/Alliance Global Partners is acting as the sole placement agent for the issuance of common stock and warrants.
