PRECIOUS METALS | BHP Secures $4.3 Billion Prepayment in Silver Streaming Deal

BHP has announced a long-term streaming agreement with Wheaton Precious Metals International Ltd. According to Jin10, the agreement stipulates that BHP will receive a prepayment of $4.3 billion upon the completion of the transaction. BHP will deliver silver to Wheaton based on its share of silver production from the Antamina mine.
