The United States is reportedly increasing its military presence in the Middle East by deploying additional F-22 stealth fighter jets. According to Jin10, citing the Times of Israel, analysts monitoring open-source flight tracking data have observed that the U.S. military has begun moving six more F-22 jets to the region. These aircraft are expected to be stationed at an Israeli Air Force base, where 11 F-22 jets had already landed the previous day.
The six F-22 jets departed from the United States earlier and have rendezvoused with accompanying refueling aircraft. They are currently en route to the Royal Air Force Lakenheath base in the United Kingdom. On the previous day, 12 F-22 jets stationed at Lakenheath took off for Israel, although one had to return due to technical issues.
