Despite these gains, XRP's overall adoption remains significantly lower than that of Ethereum. Ethereum supports a wide-ranging ecosystem of cryptocurrency projects and Web3 applications, which contributes to its broader adoption. In contrast, XRP's primary focus is on facilitating cross-border payments, which limits its use cases compared to Ethereum. As a result, it is unlikely that XRP will surpass Ethereum's market capitalization in the near future.
