Applied Digital Secures $2.15 Billion for AI Data Center in North Dakota

Applied Digital has successfully raised $2.15 billion through bond financing to develop its AI data center campus, Polaris Forge 2, located in Harwood, North Dakota. According to Odaily, the facility has been leased to Oracle. The company previously stated that the data center project is expected to generate approximately $5 billion in revenue over a 15-year contract period.
