South Korea's stock market experienced a significant decline, reaching its lowest point in nearly a month. According to RTHK, the Seoul Composite Index fell to 5,059 points, closing at 5,093 points, marking a decrease of 698 points or 12.1%. This marks the third consecutive day of losses, with the index dropping over 19% cumulatively. The South Korean Financial Services Commission has stated that if market volatility intensifies excessively, it will actively implement a market stabilization plan exceeding 100 trillion won.
