Iran Reports U.S. and Israeli Airstrike on Nuclear Facility

On March 8, Iran's National Nuclear Safety Regulatory Center announced that a gamma-ray irradiation facility in Isfahan Province was targeted by airstrikes and missile attacks from the United States and Israel on March 7. According to Jin10, the attack caused significant damage to the facility's infrastructure. However, Iranian official environmental monitoring results indicate that there has been no abnormal increase in gamma-ray dose rates in the surrounding areas, and no radioactive contamination has been detected at or near the site.
