According to NS3.AI, this collaboration aims to facilitate the settlement of structured products and aligns with European regulations such as MiFID II and the DLT Pilot Regime. The initiative reflects a growing trend among major market operators, including NYSE and DTCC, who are also exploring tokenization and blockchain-based settlement solutions. Tokenized public equities have reached approximately $1.01 billion in onchain value, highlighting the increasing adoption of blockchain technology in financial markets.
