Boyaa Interactive Reports Shift from Profit to Loss in Annual Results

Boyaa Interactive (0434) has announced its annual financial results, revealing a transition from profit to loss. According to Ming Pao, the company reported a loss of 239 million yuan last year, contrasting with a profit of 969 million yuan in 2024. The decline in Bitcoin prices led to a reduction in the fair value of the group's cryptocurrency holdings, resulting in an audited Non-GAAP adjusted loss of approximately 192 million yuan, compared to a Non-GAAP adjusted net profit of 972 million yuan in 2024. The company experienced a loss of 0.3453 yuan per share, and the final dividend decreased by 66% year-on-year to 0.0366 yuan. Boyaa Interactive stated it will continue to distribute dividends annually, amounting to no less than 20% of operating net profit.
