U.S. President Trump's Approval Rating Drops to 37%, Poll Shows

On April 19, a joint poll revealed that U.S. President Donald Trump's current approval rating stands at 37%, due to dissatisfaction with his administration's economic performance and handling of the Iran issue. According to Jin10, the poll was conducted from March 30 to April 13, surveying 32,433 American adults with a margin of error of plus or minus 1.8 percentage points. The results indicate that Trump's approval rating for addressing inflation and living costs is at 32%, down from approximately 40% a year ago, with about half of the respondents strongly disapproving of his performance. Additionally, 29% of Americans consider the economy the primary concern, surpassing the 24% who believe "democracy is under threat." Regarding the Iran conflict, about two-thirds of respondents disapprove of Trump's approach, with 54% expressing strong dissatisfaction. Meanwhile, 61% of those surveyed believe the U.S. should not take further military action against Iran.
