NUVA Digital Secures $5.2 Million in Seed Funding Led by Morgan Creek Digital

NUVA Digital, a software development company for the RWA trading platform NUVA, has successfully raised $5.2 million in a seed funding round led by Morgan Creek Digital. According to Foresight News, NUVA is a collaborative creation by Animoca Brands and Nuva Labs. The platform enables users to deposit stablecoins with a single click, mint yield-bearing composable tokens, and provides on-chain proof of reserves without any minimum deposit or lock-up requirements. The newly acquired funds will be utilized to accelerate platform development and expand the ecosystem. This includes enhancing the treasury market, introducing more issuers, deploying across multiple chains, building institutional-grade tools, and advancing the issuance of NUVA's functional tokens.
