Grain-related stocks surged, with Shennong Seed Industry hitting the 20% limit up, and New Share, Longping High-Tech, Winall Hi-Tech Seed, and Wanxiang Doneed among the stocks that hit limit up; tax-refund store shares rose, with Maoye Commercial and Cuiwei both hitting limit up; AI corpus shares extended their recent strength, with Mango Excellent Media hitting the 20% limit up and iReader Technology and China Television and Media both hitting limit up. Other leading gainers included liquor, gaming, coal, new consumption, shipping ports, insurance, and brokerages, while MLCC, PCB, CPO, lithography machines, memory chips, helium, communications equipment, and solid-state batteries were weak in morning trade. The combined turnover of Shanghai and Shenzhen shares was about 1.34 trillion yuan, up about 38.2 billion yuan from the same period yesterday, with about 3,300 stocks rising and 1,800 falling.
