Binance Spot to List bStocks CrowdStrike, Moderna, ProShares UltraPro Short QQQ, and Seagate Trading Pairs

According to the announcement from Binance, Binance Exchange will open trading at 2026-09-02 12:00 (UTC) for four bStocks Spot pairs: CrowdStrike (CRWDB), Moderna (MRNAB), ProShares UltraPro Short QQQ (SQQQB), and Seagate (STXB). The exchange said Spot Algo Trading Bots will be enabled in line with the Spot listing time, while Rebalancing Bots will be available within 24 hours after the pairs are listed on Spot. Binance also said users will be able to trade bStocks against BTC, USDT, and other tokens on Binance Convert at zero fees within one hour of the assets being listed on Binance Spot. In addition, zero maker fees will apply to CRWDB/USDT, MRNAB/USDT, SQQQB/USDT, and STXB/USDT from the listing time through 2026-09-30 23:59 (UTC). The announcement said withdrawals for CRWDB, MRNAB, SQQQB, and STXB will open at 2026-09-02 13:00 (UTC). Binance also said users can start tokenizing their direct stock holdings into bStocks in preparation for trading. The conversion rate is 1:1 between each underlying stock and its bStocks, with zero conversion fees. The announcement identified the BNB Smart Chain smart contracts for the four tokenized securities as STXB: 0x2E065f65F1699964f4092De1D39A8EFe6C8d6f32, SQQQB: 0x25e572b466d152604d9e6c3e53b432b978825342, MRNAB: 0x5fd86da9b05abe396fe9d02a4a213a7c00556503, and CRWDB: 0x814981cf5df4a14d4d7328f9abf0d02e9ed54cd1. Binance described bStocks as tokenized securities issued by BTech Holdings Limited, a Binance group affiliate, and said they are available to eligible users in certain jurisdictions on a secondary market basis only. The announcement also stated that bStocks are offered through an Approved Prospectus in the ADGM and are not offered in any other jurisdiction.
