Satsuma Secures Over £100 Million in Convertible Bond Funding

According to PANews, Satsuma, formerly known as Tao Alpha, has announced the successful completion of a convertible bond fundraising round exceeding £100 million. The company has also initiated a third round of financing, lowering the minimum subscription threshold to $100,000, with an expected conclusion date of July 28. The raised funds are earmarked for business expansion and the advancement of Bitcoin and decentralized AI infrastructure. CEO Henry Elder has officially joined the board of directors as an executive director.
