Safety Shot, Inc. Secures $30 Million in Strategic Funding

According to Foresight News, Safety Shot, Inc. (NASDAQ: SHOT) has announced the successful pricing of a $30 million financing round. The funding is led by a consortium of strategic investors, including FalconX. The transaction involves a registered direct offering of approximately $5 million in cash and a simultaneous private placement of $25 million paid in BONK tokens by founding members of BONK. All shares are priced at $0.46 each. The registered direct offering and the concurrent private placement are expected to close around August 27, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
