SOL Strategies to Begin Trading on Nasdaq Global Select Market

According to PANews, SOL Strategies, a digital asset company focused on the Solana blockchain and listed in Toronto, has received approval to list its common stock on the Nasdaq Global Select Market. Trading is set to commence on September 9 under the ticker symbol STKE. As of the end of August, the company held 435,064 SOL tokens. Previously listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE) under the ticker HODL, the company's shares will continue trading on the CSE but will be delisted from the U.S. over-the-counter (OTC) market, where they were traded under the symbol CYFRF. OTC shareholders do not need to take any action, as their shares will automatically convert to Nasdaq-listed stock.
