Binance Futures to Launch STABLEUSDT Perpetual Contract with 5x Leverage

According to the announcement from Binance, the platform is set to introduce the STABLEUSDT perpetual contract on Binance Futures, with pre-market trading scheduled to commence on 2025-11-06 at 12:00 (UTC). This new offering will allow traders to engage with up to 5x leverage, enhancing the range of trading options available on the platform. The underlying asset for this contract is Stable (STABLE), an EVM-compatible layer 1 blockchain designed for large-scale stablecoin transactions, powered by USDT. The total and maximum supply of STABLE is capped at 100 billion tokens. The mark price during the pre-market trading period will be calculated as the average of the last 10 seconds of trade prices, updated every second. A price cap of ±1% will be applied to limit price fluctuations within this range. The funding rate during this period is set at 0.005% per four-hour interval, with the possibility of adjustment based on market conditions. Once the pre-market phase concludes, the funding rate will adhere to standard perpetual futures contract rules, with a maximum range of +2.00% to -2.00%. The transition from pre-market to standard perpetual futures contracts will occur gradually, contingent on the availability of a stable index price from the spot market. During this transition, the mark price will shift from the pre-market calculation to the standard method, which uses the median of various price points. Trading will remain unaffected throughout this period, with open orders and positions maintained. The STABLEUSDT perpetual contract will also be included in Binance's New Listing Fee Promotion and made available for Futures Copy Trading within 24 hours of launch. Binance reserves the right to adjust contract specifications based on market risk conditions.
