LM Funding America Secures $6.5 Million Through Stock and Warrant Offering

According to Odaily, Nasdaq-listed Bitcoin mining company LM Funding America has entered into a securities purchase agreement with an institutional investor to raise approximately $6.5 million through the issuance of common stock and warrants. The offering is expected to be completed around December 22, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions. Additionally, the company announced that its mining facility in Oklahoma has successfully commenced operations, adding approximately 35 Petahash (PH/s) of Bitcoin mining power.
