FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried (SBF) may plead not guilty to fraud and other charges at an arraignment next week, the Wall Street Journal reported, citing people familiar with the matter. Foresight News previously reported that in the middle of this month, the US District Court for the Southern District of New York charged SBF with wire fraud, multiple counts of conspiracy, securities fraud and money laundering, in addition to campaign finance violations. SBF will be arraigned on Jan. 3 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York on two counts of wire fraud and six counts of conspiracy.
