Despite a downturn in the cryptocurrency market and poor stock performance, Bitmine Immersion Technologies (BMNR) has seen increased investments from its largest shareholders. According to PANews, Morgan Stanley, the largest shareholder, increased its stake by approximately 26% in the fourth quarter of 2025, holding over 12.1 million shares valued at around $331 million, as per its 13F filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
ARK Investment Management, the second-largest shareholder, also raised its holdings by about 27%, owning more than 9.4 million shares worth approximately $256 million.
Several other major institutional investors have also boosted their stakes in BMNR. BlackRock increased its holdings by 166%, Goldman Sachs by 588%, Vanguard Group by 66%, and Bank of America significantly raised its investment by 1,668%.
