According to BlockBeats, these models are built on the Qwen3.5 architecture, which is designed for native multimodal capabilities, improved structure, and scalable reinforcement learning. The 0.8B and 2B models are compact and fast, making them suitable for edge devices. The 4B model serves as a lightweight multimodal foundational model with excellent performance.
