Gold and silver prices rose across the board, while the cryptocurrency volatility index fell, with the BVIX down 1.27% on the day.

The BVIX (BTC Volatility Index) is currently quoted at 54.34, a daily decrease of 1.27%. The EVIX (ETH Volatility Index) is currently quoted at 76.21, a daily decrease of 0.04%. In the foreign exchange market, the USD/CNH exchange rate fell 0.13% to 6.90783. The USD/JPY exchange rate rose 0.20% to 157.876. In global stock indices, the Euro Stoxx 50 fell 2.03% to 5,669.19 points; the UK FTSE 100 fell 1.28% to 10,259.25 points; and the German DAX 40 fell 1.75% to 23,418.19 points. In commodities, WTI crude oil rose 11.54% to $87.92 per barrel, while Brent crude oil rose 7.77% to $90.61 per barrel.
