Currently, gasoline prices are approximately 22% higher than a month ago. Meanwhile, diesel prices in the U.S. have been rising even more rapidly. The latest data shows that the average diesel price has increased by 5 cents to $4.89 per gallon, with a cumulative rise of 79 cents over the past week.
