On March 19, Qatar authorities reported that a ballistic missile launched by Iran struck the Ras Laffan Industrial City, a crucial liquefied natural gas hub, causing a fire and significant damage. According to Jin10, Qatar's Defense Ministry stated that four missiles were intercepted, but a fifth landed in the area. Subsequently, two more missiles aimed at Ras Laffan were intercepted. Following threats from Iran to consider these facilities as 'legitimate and primary targets,' oil officials from Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE have evacuated personnel from refineries, petrochemical facilities, and gas fields.
