Empery Digital Raises $25 Million Through Stock Sale

Empery Digital has announced the sale of 4,638,219 shares of common stock at $5.39 per share, raising $25 million. According to ChainCatcher, the company also sold 4,638,219 warrants to purchase common stock, valid for four years from the date of issuance. The new funds are intended for repaying buyback loans. Additionally, Empery Digital disclosed that last week it sold 63 bitcoins at an average price of $72,791, reducing its total holdings to approximately 3,439 bitcoins.
