Lebanese Journalists Killed in Israeli Offensive Laid to Rest

Three Lebanese journalists killed during an Israeli offensive in Jezzine last Saturday were laid to rest on Sunday. According to Ming Pao, friends and family carried the coffin of Mohammed Ftouni, a photographer for Al Mayadeen TV, and displayed photos of the three deceased journalists. Mohammed Ftouni's sister, Fatima, who worked as a reporter for the same media outlet, was also killed. Ali Shaib, employed by Al Manar TV, was among the victims. Both Al Mayadeen and Al Manar TV have been accused by Israel of having ties to Hezbollah's military wing. However, the Lebanese President refuted these claims, emphasizing that the three journalists were civilians.
