Polygon founder: On-chain stablecoin transaction volume on Polygon reached a record high of nearly 160 million transactions last week.

Polygon founder Sandeep Nailwal stated in an article on the X platform that Polygon's stablecoin transaction volume reached 159.9 million transactions last week, a record high. Simultaneously, key metrics such as on-chain stablecoin transaction volume and active addresses all increased, indicating a "flywheel effect" of network growth is forming. Furthermore, the number of checkpoints on the Polygon PoS network has reached 100,000, demonstrating continued expansion of network usage. Nailwal added that amidst the resurgence of the "crypto is dead" narrative, teams that continuously build their systems often create valuable products during the cycle, and stated that Polygon is accelerating the construction of the future of on-chain payments.
