BitMine Adds 53,501 Ethereum, Extending Weekly Buying Streak to 65 Weeks

BitMine added 53,501 Ethereum last week, marking 65 consecutive weeks of weekly purchases. According to Foresight News, the company’s total Ethereum holdings reached 5,901,112 tokens as of August 30, 2026, equal to about 4.9% of Ethereum’s total supply. BitMine said its crypto, cash, and other investment assets were worth about $15.6 billion, including $541 million in cash and marketable securities, 211 Bitcoin, $180 million in Beast Industries equity assets, and a $81 million investment in Eightco Holdings (ORBS). The company also said 5,067,309 Ethereum were staked, representing 86% of its total holdings, with a value of about $12.7 billion and annualized staking income of about $335 million.
