According to Wallstreetcn, India's CNX Nifty Index fell 0.39% on Monday to 24,080.40, down 1.24% in August, while the India Midcap Index rose 2.08% to 64,224.75; the S&P BSE Sensex fell 1.46%, the BSE 500 Index fell 0.19%, the Indian rupee gained 0.29% to 95.1725 per U.S. dollar, and India's 10-year government bond yield rose 10.1 basis points to 6.952%.
