U.S. President Donald Trump on Monday called on Congress to act "immediately" on a federal film and television production incentive to support Hollywood's efforts to curb job losses to other countries. According to Sina Finance, Trump said Republicans and Democrats should "draft a bill to save the American movie, television and entertainment industry" and urged Congress to pass it.
Trump also praised actor Jon Voight in the post, calling him one of his Hollywood representatives and saying he is working with entertainment industry leaders to push the legislation.
