FUNVERSE's first on-chain game, FUN LONGINUS, is scheduled to go live on Anubis Chain mainnet at 10:00 UTC on September 1, 2026, or 18:00 UTC+8. According to ChainCatcher, the game originated from a hackathon and is designed for the Anubis GameFi ecosystem.
FUN LONGINUS is built around martial-arts-themed on-chain gameplay, including Jianghu, arenas, mentorship, Jiazi salary, alliance leader tokens, and magical artifacts, with competition structured around the 24 solar terms. Each match brings together 24 different addresses, and players use fLGNS to enter the arena.
Smart contracts handle match execution, result adjudication, and final settlement, with one alliance leader emerging at the end of each round. Match records, reward distribution, mentorship relationships, and player histories are stored on-chain. FUN LONGINUS completed its group minting on August 18, 2026, and the article said the minting was worth more than $1.4 million at the time of publication. The mainnet launch marks the game's transition from hackathon prototype, public beta, and group minting into full on-chain operation.
