AFTERMARKET MOVES | Dell Rises Nearly 9% on Earnings Beat and Raised FY2027 Forecast; GitLab Jumps 20%

According to CNBC, Dell Technologies shares jumped almost 9% in after-hours trading after the computer maker beat expectations on both the top and bottom lines. Dell also lifted its forecast for the fiscal 2027 year, citing strength in its artificial intelligence server business. GitLab shares rallied nearly 20% on an earnings beat and upbeat full-year guidance, posting adjusted earnings of 24 cents per share on revenue of $286 million in the second quarter, ahead of estimates of 18 cents and $273 million, according to LSEG. MongoDB shares dropped 12% despite better-than-expected earnings and upbeat guidance; the company earned $1.90 per share, excluding items, on $772 million in the second quarter, versus analyst forecasts of $1.61 a share and $734 million. Credo Technology shares slid almost 4% after its non-GAAP gross margin for the first quarter came in at 68%, below the 68.3% analysts expected, though it beat expectations on both lines. Palo Alto Networks shares were around flat after reporting $1.02 per share, excluding items, on $3.41 billion in revenue for the fourth fiscal quarter, above expectations of 98 cents and $3.35 billion.
