STOCKS | Sanan Optoelectronics Says Court Allows Withdrawal Of Bankruptcy Reorganization Request

Sanan Optoelectronics (600703.SS) said the Xiamen Intermediate People's Court in Fujian Province has allowed a creditor to withdraw a bankruptcy reorganization request against its controlling shareholder Sanan Electronics and indirect controlling shareholder Sanan Group, according to ETNet. The company said it has an independent and complete business structure and can operate on its own, with operations, staff, organisation, assets and finances separate from its controlling shareholder. It added that production and business management are normal. Sanan Optoelectronics rose to the daily limit and was last at RMB13.89. The company said it was founded in November 2000 and is headquartered in Xiamen. It reported revenue of RMB6.468 billion and a net loss attributable to shareholders of RMB97.9 million in the first half of 2026.
