Court Confirms Oral Argument Date for Grayscale Challenges SEC's Rejection of GBTC to Bitcoin ETF as March 7

The District of Columbia Court of Appeals has scheduled a date to hear oral arguments in Grayscale’s lawsuit challenging the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s (SEC) decision to deny its Grayscale Bitcoin Trust conversion (GBTC) to an exchange-traded fund (ETF). Both parties will present their case to the court at 9:30 U.S. Eastern Time on March 7th (22:30 Beijing Time on March 7th).
