Blockchain solutions provider SIMBA Chain has received a $30 million award from the U.S. Strategic Technology Focus Initiative (STRATFI). The investment will be used to develop blockchain applications in supply chain management and projects that will be used by various government organizations including the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense, the U.S. Air Force, the U.S. Navy, the U.S. Army, and the Defense Logistics Agency. SIMBA Chain has previously developed various blockchain applications for the U.S. Air Force, such as budget tokenization and tracking of aviation service departments.
