Alameda Research’s attempt to recover $446 million from Voyager was rejected by Voyager and Voyager creditors, according to court documents, CoinDesk reported. Voyager creditors argued that Alameda's claims should be equitably subordinated to those of all other creditors. Alameda's "unfair and fraudulent conduct" cost Voyager and creditors between $114 million and $122 million. Citing prior case law, the creditor said the court could "re-prioritize the interests of creditors and subordinate all or some of the wrongdoer's claims in order to achieve a just outcome."
